As a key role in our daily operations, you will ensure a well-organized and welcoming office environment by managing administrative tasks in G-Suite, handling orders, and serving as the main contact for employees and guests. You will support other departments as needed and help maintain cleanliness in shared office spaces, contributing to a productive and pleasant workplace.

  • General office organization including placing and accepting orders
  • Completing administrative tasks (G Suite)
  • Contact person for employees and welcoming our guests
  • Support for other departments
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the kitchens and offices
  • Starting at 8 hours weekly
your knowledge
  • Enjoy a service-oriented job in an agile environment
  • Some experience in office management, gastronomy, hospitality, or service
  • Strong communication skills and confident in internal and external correspondence
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Interested in an international, open work culture
  • Digital affinity
